To fully observe your shadow, you’ve got to turn your back to the light. If you think about the shadow in your life, perhaps health issues, family problems, money issues…how do you feel?

What I’ve learned is that when I hold o to resentments or spend my energy trying to figure out my “next move,” it ends up hurting me more than anything.
