When we make assumptions about a person or situation, we tend to believe what we want to make our story ring true for us. What if we were able to release judgment, let go of assumptions and just experience life? Imagine the burden that is lifted when we just allow things to be as they are.

Do you believe that personal development is a destination that you reach? Maybe we ascend to some sort of Nirvana. Or perhaps when we’ve reached our destination we wake up one day and finally feel like we have all the answers.
