How do we effectively accomplish any goal in our lives? We determine what we want, and then we take actions to achieve it. We don’t focus on what we don’t want, or we end up manifesting more of the same. Depending on your thoughts, emotions, and intentions, the goal will be achieved either through great effort, or if your intentions are deliberate, through little effort, and no struggle.
Focus on Your Intentions
When you create an intention statement, you are creating a mental picture of what it is that you desire. When we focus on intention, we are in conscious control of our thoughts. The intention statement is a belief that gets written in the positive tense as though your goal was already a reality in your life. By writing down your intentions, you consciously program your subconscious mind by offering a visual picture of what you wish to manifest.
The emotion behind your intention needs to be strong in order to manifest your intention. Your desire will manifest in direct proportion to the emotions attached to it. It raises your vibrational frequency. And when your intentions and vibrations match your desires, you manifest them.
Success Rate of Intention Statements
How effective is an intention statement? If you just verbally state your intention you should expect to achieve your goal with a success rate of about 10%. If you include creative visualization, you will succeed a little more than 50% of the time.
Why is that? Because when you use persistent focus of your intention, and your strong emotion, you activate a vibration. The thought is embedded into your subconscious mind. The Universal will magnetically attract to you a person, situation, or experience that is a vibrational match of the same vibrational frequency.
Program Your Brain to See What You Desire
It also conditions your conscious mind to see things differently. Your intention turns into a consistent thought. And as you know, our consistent thoughts become our reality. Your intentions are the key to changing your present reality.

What is the most important word? ATTITUDE.
Attitute is composed of three things (1) Thoughts, (2) Feelings and (3) Actions. (This is also the formula of the creative process, in this very sequence, applied on a constant basis).
But these three together, and nothing will stop you.
The value of a personal mission statement is very great. We should all have one! I have also written about this topic here:

Intention Statement, manifestation

My name is Frits de Groot. I am a large admirer of your lessons, teachings. I am enthusiastic about your new site or blog too. This is fine is to read and I am grateful for your advices and sent emails that I get because I on the RMLS Preferred List with you.
I am a man of 63 years old. Only I think the age is not considerably for the manifesting of wish when they feasible are. One of my wishes that I would be able to approach you for a question now has been come out. This wish played with me only on the background. Now you have made it possible to approach you. My burning question:
How to manifest an own house as you not (yet) the belief that you can get money in short time have to manifest to get with each other? If you have only an unemployment’s payment. If it is already difficult to attract 500 Euros dollars? I know, I have not to look what I have now, but I have to look what I desire. Anyway that I am busy round this wish for instance, a birthdays present to value of 500 Euros for my wife to realize without that I need to break my savings on the bank. I make affirmations and use the tools to manifest that I have learned in your courses The Secret Or Deliberate Creation and Know How To Be Rich. Especial now for restaurant, birthday present, I use The Rapid Manifestation. The birthday is coming soon 29 April.!!
I feel me already much better especially through the use of the Flip Switch as I mark that my vibration layer is, through my thoughts and remarks of others sometimes from my own wife. I use the flip switch or I’m active with other fun things or meditating. Despite the applications, it is still apparent difficult for me to attract money or my wish occupation painter to be to fulfill. Competition for instance. Sale my paintings.
-Must I bring perhaps more emotion in my intention? If yes, how do I increase this emotion?
-How can I increase my creativity and talent? How can I get more inspiration? Is my belief not yet large enough, yet too much doubt? If yes, how I can take away these and get therefore more belief?
-Can I also use other techniques such as EFT or is that not necessarily by your courses?
Your course is I think based on exits of Abraham and Esther Hicks, Wattles and Charles Haanel. Isn’t it? Now I am busy with the idea to realize the writing and publishing of an E-book about Learning Drawing. That is then my money idea. I spend already five months. But I am now almost ready. Than I have to make a website.
