I saw my life as one big circle. I would create, or attract, something into my life. I could sum it up by saying that my focal point was set on “chaos.” So one chaotic event after another led to another chaotic event or relationship, which created more chaos. It was like a chain reaction. And then, as often happens, I determined that it would be more difficult to stay in that place than it would be to change my situation.

Don’t judge yourself for having the thought or feeling, or feel like you’re less than whole for having the feeling. This process should lead you to the place where you ask yourself, “Does this feeling serve me? Would I rather hold on to this, or would I rather be free of it?”
