Don’t judge yourself for having the thought or feeling, or feel like you’re less than whole for having the feeling. This process should lead you to the place where you ask yourself, “Does this feeling serve me? Would I rather hold on to this, or would I rather be free of it?”

Such a narrow margin, such a tiny margin between the stability of a strong building and the failure of a tumbling building, and I thought to myself – how similar this it to our own lives. There is such a small margin sometimes between success and failure.
