When something happens we don’t like, it’s not the Universe trying to punish us. The Universe is simply energy and your thoughts, emotions, and intentions create the reality that you experience.

Our habitual thoughts create belief systems. If you operate in an unconscious state, you aren’t creating with intention. Your life is created by default.

Every thought, emotion, or feeling that you have carries a vibrational energy to it. The Universe is made up of energy. When your thoughts and emotions are released into the Universe, your vibrations connect with like vibrations that are of the same frequency, and manifest as experiences and opportunities in your life.

Everything, absolutely everything in the Universe is made up of energy, and here’s the really amazing thing: the energy packets are at our command.

Of course, everyone wants something from life. What we need to do is to spend more time in the state of accepting, and less time in the state of lacking.
